Transfer of work / task off-site also reduces both direct and indirect costs related to field construction.
Our Tools
We deliver our scope of work by implementing typical Tier1 system and tools or the scalability to suit the Project demands.
Our Safety and Quality programs, and Project Management and Construction Management toolboxes, are backstopped by selected implementation of the Project Controls suite of tools (Cost Forecast and Control, Risk Identification and Management, Document Control, Estimating and Benchmarking).
Edgewater has the capability to ensure the suitable system or tool is available for use on your Project, and target high value from these tools while minimizing costs incurred.
Our People
Edgewater is uniquely positioned to provide flexibility to offer Direct Field Labour personnel and structure our labour staffing to ensure we have the right people who are present and available to do the work.
This approach, supported by a robust local engagement philosophy, creates sustainability for our Clients as our personnel often relocate to become locals and remain engaged with the facilities where we perform our work.
Utilization of existing capabilities within the region where we perform work is of prime importance, as the relationships formed at this stage, especially for Large Capital Projects, will remain in place to support the commercial operation of the constructed facility.
